Clean & pat 2 lbs of bone-in wings with a paper towel (approx 1-dozen)
Spray or wipe wings lightly on each side with olive oil
Lightly season each side of the wings with salt & pepper
Set up grill for indirect cooking at 325-350deg
Grill wings for 40-45 min, turning once after about 20 min.
Wings are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165deg
While the wings are grilling, prep the sauce below...
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan. Heat to boiling then let simmer 10min.
When wings are finished grilling, combine wings and sauce in a large mixing bowl and toss.
Dig in!!
